Cancellations
|
The client must give at least 24hrs notice for cancellations otherwise a fee will be charged for 1 hour cleaning.

Delayed access
|
If the cleaner cannot begin cleaning at the scheduled time due to no key being given of no-one to gain her the required access then you will be billed from the start time scheduled as waiting time whether the cleaner has started cleaning or not.

|
No access
|
If the cleaner cannot gain access when they have arrived at the agreed time and agreed location the client will be billed for the full amount of the scheduled clean

|
Payment
|
Payment must be made within 10 days of the date of the invoice; failure to make payments without prior agreement will result in a late payment fee of £14.00 to cover administration costs and cleaning services being suspended until payment has been received. If still no payment has been received then legal action will be taken.

|
Products
|
Trianik provide all cleaning products. Any specialist products that may be required must to be supplied by the client. Trianik use products they have available and at no time promise to use a ‘specific’ brand product.

|
Insurance
|
Trianik have full liability insurance and will cover any damages caused by Trianik staff. Trianik will not cover for general wear and tear of any items, and all claims must be notified within 24hrs and a claim form filled out within 28days, otherwise the claim will not be processed.

Vacuums & Irons
|
It is the clients responsibilty to ensure their vacuums & irons are well maintained, serviced and safe to use. Trianik accepts no responsibilty for wear and tear on vacuum cleaners or irons used. Trianik accepts no responsibility for damage caused by faulty vacuums or Irons

Carpet Cleaning
|
Trianik will not be responsible for failing to remove old permanent stains that cannot be removed using normal carpet cleaning methods. Existing damage will be reported prior to commencing work.
On carpet cleaning service a minimum of £50 charge will be applied

|
Complaints
|
In case of a complaint, Trianik requires to be notified within 24 hours after completion of the cleaning work. No claims will be entertained after the above time limit. If the Client is dissatisfied with the work, a cleaner must be allowed to return and re-do the job at no extra charge.
